Miami Dolphins: Potential Breakout Players
DANNY POAGUE wrote:Gase’s reputation and track record of success clearly shows that he has a knack for match-ups and scheming. He also has proven the ability to elevate unheralded players, helping them tap their potential and become breakout stars. If you don’t believe me just ask Julius Thomas, who went from a one catch TE to back-to-back 12 Touchdown Seasons. Emmanuel Sanders, who was a 3rd option in Pittsburgh, became a 70 and 100 reception receiver under Gase in Denver, and Jeremy Langford, a rookie receiving limited reps averaged 3.6 a carry and had 6 touchdowns last year under Gase with the Chicago Bears.

Sounds like there is a lot of people looking forward to Gase and also has high expectations for them as well.

Stills and Parker, huh? Makes you wonder why they spent three picks on Caroo even more

There's one thing Tannenbaum can't resist and its value. I read he was the #2 ranked receiver on our board, so to get him in the 3rd round is excellent value.
IMO, it's just a really risky approach. Spending three picks on one player, you better damn well be right about the player. Otherwise your "bust" of a pick wasted not one draft choice, but three...

IMO, the only way Stills catches 65 passes is if Landry gets hurt. Landry and Parker will get the majority of targets, with Cameron and the RBs competing for most of the rest. I don't expect the #3 receiver to get too many catches...probably in the 30-40 receptions range at most.
