--Jelani Jenkins had surgery to clean up his knee.  Will likely miss at least week 1.  Spencer Paysinger will reportedly replace him in the starting lineup.

--Stills and Parker both left practice early today with injuries.  Not sure if it's precautionary or if these are things to be concerned about...should know more tomorrow.  I read that Stills appeared to be in serious pain...could have been a back or hamstring injury.  Parker was noticeably limping after getting tangled up with a DB.

--Tunsil also left practice early, but no one seems to know why and the Phins haven't said anything.

Ugh...let's hope none of these turn out to be serious...

More from Omar Kelly:

http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/miami-dolphins/sfl-dolphins-shut-down-kenny-stills-and-devante-parker-due-to-injures-20160829-story.html

Kenny Stills, the Dolphins' starting flanker, suffered an undisclosed injury in a collision during 1-on-1 drills. Stills laid on the turf inside the practice bubble for a couple minutes while a trainer examined his back. He eventually got up on his own.

DeVante Parker, the Dolphins' starting split end, might have re-aggravated his hamstring injury during the same 1-on-1 drill. Parker caught a deep touchdown pass over Lafayette Pitts and came up limping. He never returned to practice after limping back to the huddle.

...

Also held out of Monday's practice was Laremy Tunsil, the Dolphins' 2016 first-round pick, who participated in individual drills but left the bubble before the team portion of practice.

More on the Stills injury...

http://dailydolphin.blog.palmbeachpost.com/2016/08/29/miami-dolphins-wr-kenny-stills-ol-laremy-tunsil-leave-practice/

Stills was running a pass route when he pulled up at the end and collapsed along the right sideline in considerable pain. At one point, Stills did grab the back of a his leg. Coach Adam Gase did not immediately have an update on Stills’ condition. Gase appeared concerned as he spoke with Stills during practice.

Stills walked out of the facility with the aid of trainers.

Sounds like a non-contact injury...that's a bad sign...

Good news - according to Adam Schefter, the Stills injury is not serious. His back just "locked up". I'm not sure a 24 year old athlete's back should be "locking up", but for now at least it doesn't seem like a big deal.

according to Armando...

Tunsil and Stills are fine.

There is no word on Parker.

Receiver DeVante Parker also stopped practicing after he got tangled with cornerback Bobby McCain. He was seen having his left hamstring stretched out.

Parker missed a couple of practice earlier in training camp because of a hamstring injury.

i wonder if Parker will ever be fully healthy - what's next, the screw going to fall out of his foot?

Seems similar to what happened to me one weekend this summer. I was doing pushups and must've gotten up too quickly or something because there was this sudden twinge of pain in my lower back. I couldn't quite straighten up all the way without pain when I walked for a couple of days and then it went away and I was fine. Nobody else even noticed.
