Year after year, regardless of who's in charge, they constantly and consistently lose the games they need to win before turning around and winning the ones nobody cares about when they'd be better off losing. In other words, the Fins can't even fail properly.

Maybe that’s what Cameron was trying to say with his Fail Forward Fast thought. Could he have recognized this very issue and was really a head coaching savant? I guess we’ll never know...
