Reggie McKenzie has accepted a job in the Dolphins’ front office as a senior personnel executive, Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports.

WOW! This is an outstanding hire. McKenzie is considered an excellent talent evaluator. We are hitting home runs with the coaches and front office this offseason. Hope it continues with player acquisition!

Agree. For so long we’ve been hiring first time learn on the job people in virtually every role.

Ross and his broken power structure must have been a major turnoff, as we witnessed with our horrible GM embarrassment when Philbin was still here.

Magically, he puts a football guy in charge as GM and suddenly veteran coaches and personnel men are flicking to the team.
