Bears are interviewing Reggie McKenzie for GM position

I bring this up because if another team signs McKenzie, the Phins will get a compensatory pick in the 3rd round in both 2022 and 2023. I'd prefer not to lose McKenzie, but those picks would be nice!

This is good for Reggie, and in turn Grier for hiring him.

Apparently the Bears hired Bill Polian to run their GM and coach search, I've read a number of insiders are impressed with their candidate list. The fact Reggie got an interview groups him with a number of highly qualified candidates.
