Because at this point even *I'm* tired of discussing the Pats' rampant institutionalized cheating and how everyone else seems to be just fine with it.

Also, because now it's official. I knew he was done before the end of last season (losing a playoff game to Luck and the Bad News Bears was the final nail in the proverbial coffin) but now I have statistical proof, baby Very Happy

So in other words the only thing standing between the Pats and 19-0 is...Joe Flacco. Seriously, tell me which other AFC team is going to prevent this. (See what I did there?)

EDIT: Whoops, I literally just found out he beat the Chiefs last night. Still doesn't change my sentiment. Even Marino had that one comeback Colts win in his otherwise abysmal final season. Peyton still needs this year to be his last.

Also there's this.

Defenses will continue to cheat on the short throws the way Peters read the pick-six as long as Manning continues missing the long throws. He again overthrew just about every deep pass on Thursday night, which is what we saw against Baltimore on Sunday and against the Colts in January's playoff loss. In those three games, Manning is 1-of-17 on passes thrown more than 20 yards beyond the line of scrimmage, including a 0-for-8 mark this season. He seems to be putting all the strength he has left into his throws, which is sacrificing the accuracy.

Hmmm...seems a lot like Marino in '99, no?

In the first half of that game last night, I swear I thought the Broncos would have to pull Peyton. He was simply AWFUL. Honestly, he wasn't much better in the second half, at least physically. But he did show that he is still a master at reading defenses and willing the players around him to up their game. His arm is definitely shot, but he's still so smart and has such command of the huddle that he can still find a way to win.

But yeah, there's no way he's beating the Patriots this season. Belicheat will scheme him to death.

Kubiak's shit offense isn't helping him either.  Don't understand asking a Hall of Famer to change his offensive game after 200 years. When they went no-huddle and Peyton had a chance to run the offense, it ran very well.
