My updated Mock after 3 days FA

I'm thinking that edge rusher joins WR and RB as the most pressing need based on the moves so far, so what seems logical to me is a trade down from 3, then a likely trade back into the first round with some extra capital to address all 3 of those needs early. After that it's likely BPA on days 2 and 3. So with quite a bit of trading expected:

Great, Hal! That's an A+ draft.

Any draft that has Meinerz in it is A-OK in my book! I think he goes late 2nd, though - we'll see.

Ojulari is a helluva player, and fits the intangibles the team wants: team captain, leadership ability, etc.

It's a shame Trey Sermon is always injured...he is an excellent back. Well worth a flyer at #123.

Wow, I'm shocked that you feel that way!

Definitely a lot riding on this draft for the team.

This will probably be the last of the draft loot from the big trades, unless they can trade down for some next year picks.

I am not so worried about Grier screwing it up, as maybe not getting the best talent value for the picks. A good player at #3 overall when you should be getting a potential All Pro is what I mean.

SO far, the picks have been good, but nothing GREAT IMO.

The Phins desperately need some GREAT PICKS IMHO.

BUT...

I think we will continue to see a focus on drafting players that fit both the on-field schemes and the locker room culture. A lot of these players we pick may not be "stars" on their own, but in the context of the team setting they will help us win. I know fans don't want to hear that, but as we know, the "Patriot way" is the blueprint...and if you think about it, aside from Tom Brady how many All Pros were on those Super Bowl teams from year to year? Really, it was a team full of good, smart, tough, physical players that knew their roles and fit in the schemes. I think that's what Grier will be looking for.
