Waited 1 hour for callback and 2 transfers to India but then I got Christine in America to help me. Extended Sunday Ticket for $16.50 discount off monthly fee of $48.99. Extended $25 premium loyalty discount for another 12 months. Saw I had some super protection plan for $20.99 I would never utilize so dropped it to the $8.99 plan that covers dish, receivers, and remotes.

When you call they send you to Indian where I was called Sir John. Have to get to loyalty department in America.

They sent me a Email saying since I’m a Loyal Customer That Sunday Ticket Max is Free, This is the 2nd Year in a Row for Free. Been With them since 1999.

I called a few years back and complained about the price and the twit I was talking to was such a moron I just cancelled it and have not looked back since.

I started out paying $99 a year for it.

You made the right decision. Too much "wokeness" now. Too many superfluously asinine changes that don't do a thing to improve the product at all. And in the end Tom Brady wins yet another ring. Bleh.

I just don't want to be on the phone for an hour. When you first call you get someone from another country, and if you ask a question that isn't on their list they have no idea what to do. Then you get transferred around and have to sit on hold forever...it's just such a hassle.

Their customer service used to be outstanding. But once AT&T took over and started using overseas call centers, it's absolute crap.
