This dude does special teams rankings every year. You can read more about how he compiles the rankings in the article above. I point it out for 2 reasons: first, because the Dolphins are ranked #31 overall and were last in several categories, and second because two of the teams in the top 6 - Chargers (#5) and Seahawks (#6) - will have new head coaches this season and may possibly lose their STs coordinators.
The Chargers' STs coordinator is Ryan Ficken, and the Seahawks' is our old friend Larry Izzo! I really hope McD makes a change and considers one of the guys if they are in fact available.
BTW - in 2022, the Chargers were ranked #7, the Seahawks #2, and the Dolphins #27.

Re: Special teams
I would keep Sanders and Ferguson everything else can be changed. Coverage units were terrible the last 2 years under Grossman.

Re: Special teams
I think Gross...er...Crossman and McD are buddies, right?
Izzo was the 2nd player to make the team when JJ took over for Shula IIRC.
After Dan Marino. And it was due to his performance on special teams.
Izzo would be PERFECT in Miami as the new STs Coach IMO.
