DRAFT 2021 day 2

Mercury Morris should announce our picks.

Curious to see what the plan is on the right side...Hunt t RT or RG??  Eichenberg gets the other spot.  Should be a day 1 starter.  Didn't allow a sack the past 2 seasons and also considered a strong run blocker.  Just surprised that we'd draft a lineman under 310!

Highly possible we have already drafted 4 starters that are upgrades to what we had.  That's a win! 

I agree with Carson that we may have given up too much in this trade, but looking around online it seems like a lot of people were very high on Eichenberg, with some rating him as a first rounder.

Rondale Moore, great pickup for the Cards.

Yes, Moore will be a great fit for the Cards.  A lot of really good players went off the board with the last several picks.

For people trying to grasp how Jevon Holland fits.....he’s Patrick Chung who was always one of the single most important and best parts of that Patriots defense. But with better nickel CB ability.

Steelers with another great pick - TE Pat Freiermuth.  Love what they've done so far.

Learning more about Holland and really liking him.  My guess is he's going to be the chess piece that Flores hoped Minkah would be...a smart versatile player that can line up all over.  Holland started as a nickle corner before moving to safety, and he's a great tackler.  He'll eventually be the QB of this defense IMO.  Many people had him rated as the top free safety in college after the 2019 season.

Damn...Chiefs just took Humphrey. Packers got Myers.

Bills got Boogie...excellent pick.  Their DL was a big weakness last year and they have turned it into a strength these past 2 days with Rousseau and Boogie.

So, the Texans have no 1st and 2nd round picks, their roster blows...and they draft a QB.  Davis Mills.  This team is a goddamn dumpster fire!

I guess drafting Mills is a sign that they expect the Watson situation to blow up???

4th round I want Chris Evans. I don't care how we do it. I believe he will be a starting RB that impresses. I like him more than any of the remaining backs in the draft.

It very well could be. Or finally a RB with Trey Sermon. Is LB Jabril Cox a good fit for the Fins?

I am with you on him. I think I drafted him in every mock I did.

WR Josh Palmer to the Chargers.  Thought he'd go on day 3, but a solid player.

I love Sermon...just scared by all the injuries.  He's an absolute beast, but can;t stay on the field.  I'd take a day 3 flyer on him.

Cox is another good LSU LB.  He's excellent in coverage...just not sure how good he is overall.  Flores could find a way to use him, I'm sure.  But at LB, Baron Browning is my guy.  I like him a lot.

Oh yeah Browning, that's a name I have heard is a great fit for the Fins.

Well, Quinn is still on the board.  Will the Phins take him???

Raiders took Deablo.  Nice pick that I had penciled in for the Phins.
