DRAFT THREAD DAY 3
A lot of good talent still available. Some of the players I am looking at (I think they are all available...):
RB - DeeJay Dallas, Michael Warren, Benny LeMay
OL - Nick Harris, Zack Shackleford, Shane Lemieux, Calvin Throckmorton, Saahdiq Charles, Prince Tego Wanogho, Jack Driscoll, Solomon Kindley
DL - Curtis Weaver (DE/LB), Leki Fotu, Nick Coe, Michael Danna, Bryce Huff, Bradley Anae
DB - Reggie Robinson, Javelin Guidry, JR Reed, Darnay Holmes, Bryce Hall
LB - Shaq Quarterman, Michael Pinckney, Markus Bailey
WR - Tyler Johnson, KJ Hill, Easop Winston, Juwan Johnson, Lawrence Cager
EDIT: Charles Davis on NFLN reminded me of another player I forgot to list: Center Darryl Williams from Mississippi State. Liked him in the East-West Shrine game.

Re: DRAFT THREAD DAY 3
Skins trade LT Trent Williams to 49ers for a 5th this year and a 3rd next year.
Re: DRAFT THREAD DAY 3
And, the SKins try to replace Williams with Saahdiq Charles. Off-field issues, but a solid lineman.
Re: DRAFT THREAD DAY 3
Tyler Biadasz and Netane Muti are a couple OL I like as well
I know we got Ruddock but do we draft a PS QB for development later. Kinda like to see Cole McDonald on the squad

Re: DRAFT THREAD DAY 3
Funny thing is, Williams is a problem child for the Skins, and now they drafted a tackle that has been in trouble every year at LSU. Good player, but needs to get his head on straight.

Depends on what they do with Rosen. If they are keeping Rosen, no need to draft a QB...maybe bring one in undrafted, though. I am a big Sam Ehlinger fan (Texas) and I like McDonald as well.
Re: DRAFT THREAD DAY 3
so we traded both 4th rd picks to pick next after Giants.

Re: DRAFT THREAD DAY 3
Phins take Guard on my list - Solomon Kindley from Georgia. Another big body to fix the trenches. He's built like a run blocker, but is actually a much better pass protector. Good developmental prospect that could/should start once he develops. Solid pick.
Re: DRAFT THREAD DAY 3
Kindley from Georgia!
Man I’m kinda loving the commitment to the trenches! Applaud the effort to improve what we’ve neglected for years

I’d like to see a RB but I like Gaskin He really didn’t show much last year and he got hurt but I think he’ll show a big improvement this year

Definitely. Good to see that they are taking the OL seriously. About time!
Re: DRAFT THREAD DAY 3
All of these linemen have nasty streaks. The days of finesse football are gone - the Dolphins are going to play some smash-mouth!!!
Re: DRAFT THREAD DAY 3
Some people are saying that Kindley IS a strong run blocker. I guess we'll see. But it certainly can't hurt to add another big nasty to the OL!

Edge setters coming in 5th?

Re: DRAFT THREAD DAY 3
If we can somehow get Biadiasz, I’ll completely say this is the best draft.......on paper!

Re: DRAFT THREAD DAY 3
Like the Pick and a Big Fan of Nasty Football maybe now we can see if some of these Backs might have some ability since there will be some holes to run thru.

Re: DRAFT THREAD DAY 3
In the 5th, give me Curtis Weaver, DeeJay Dallas, Nick Harris/Darryl Williams...and I'll be ecstatic. Not sure if Weaver and Dallas will last that long

Exactly. Howard is already proven, but let's see what Gaskin and Laird can do running behind all this new BEEF.
I still think we are drafting 1 or 2 backs. Or, we could also take a one-year flyer on Devonta Freeman or Carlos Hyde, and Leonard Fournette may be on the trade block.

Solomon Kindley is your classic, almost cliche, fat guy, road grader. He looks like Jamie Nails out there. Between he and Robert Hunt, Dolphins are setting a clear tone as to what they want up front.

Armando Salguero
@ArmandoSalguero
Like you, I have been frustrated by Miami's offensive line for years.
So if they want to pick every single offensive lineman in this draft, I'm fine with that. Good for them. Get it fixed!
