Yes. It will be 2021 before this really starts to pay off, but this team is looking much improved. Kindley, Breida and Weaver are great additions. Weaver was projected to go as early as the second.

Weaver will be a pass rush specialist in specific packages for Miami. He isn't real fast or athletic, but he gets off blocks and has great instincts. I think the scheme will hide his lack of speed and he looks like a classic Patriots-style player.

Over the last 3 seasons, no player in the FBS has recorded more sacks than Curtis Weaver (34). Chase Young was second with 30 1/2.

Weaver also had 56 total pressures last season, only two fewer than Young.
